Clint brings over 18 years of real-world experience as an executive and leader within public and private companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100 stalwarts.


Clint has led high-performing teams and organizations responsible for product strategy and management, process optimization, innovation, data science, marketing, sales enablement and vendor management. His strength lies in identifying key issues, crafting a strategy, and bringing people together with a cohesive vision to execute the action plan.

Prior to Yellowshark, Clint served as Head of Product and Data Science for InAuth, where he built a product management organization from the ground up. He established a long-term product roadmap, implemented go-to-market processes, streamlined decision making around research and development, and expanded the global product portfolio and data analytics offerings through new feature launches.  He was also instrumental in helping the company navigate its post-acquisition integration with American Express.

Before InAuth, Clint worked as Director of Global Product Management and Research for Accertify, a fraud management and payments business catering to global enterprise clients, where he likewise established a new product management organization. He helped the company navigate a rapid growth phase, significantly increasing revenue and improving internal efficiency, all while maintaining a 90+% client retention rate and world-class net-promoter score.  Clint led successful projects to overhaul the UI of the company’s flagship product, implement an enterprise learning management system, launch a new client reporting platform, establish a client advisory board, and create a profitable vendor partnership program.  He regularly presented at industry conferences and hosted webinars on product management and fraud prevention.

Previously, Clint held a number of leadership roles within American Express including leading a product and revenue management team within the merchant payments division responsible for a $90M P&L. He led transformation efforts that introduced innovative fraud solutions and processes, saving his business unit over $6M annually while concurrently increasing customer satisfaction scores.

Clint sees the good in people and the potential in companies.  He loves variety and thrives on big-picture thinking and problem solving.  He enjoys finding ways to improve efficiency and excels at the challenge of building something meaningful, taking ideas from concept to launch.

Clint has an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with an emphasis in corporate strategy and marketing, where he channeled his inner nerd to graduate in the top-5% of his class. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Brigham Young University and an Excellence in Leadership certificate from Harvard Business School.

Clint has lived in a number of locations across the US and abroad but currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife, two sons, and a lion cub masquerading as a house cat. When they’re not traveling, they spend their free time enjoying the warm weather while avoiding scorpions, rattlesnakes, and haboobs.
